At BioWare Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your legendary loot. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your mission requirements, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and safely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or replacement gear.
